I have a set of these powergrips which Joe Meeko gave me to try out.  They are AWESOME and I do recommend them.  I am in the Marines and wherever I am stationed Marines and other military always ask me about them.  I am glad to now have a place to refer them.  In the Marine Corps, we have to do a lot of pull ups and the nature of our work demands a lot of upper body strength as well as endurance.  I use the power grips to do my lat pull and seated row workouts to develop both width in the back and thickness.  I start at the bottom of the stack and work up one notch at a time doing my sets until my own grip gives out.  But my back and bi's are not yet tired.  So then I put on the power grips and continue my supersets by continuing to work up the rack one notch at a time, until both my back and my bi's are completely smoked.  Then I work back down the rack, one notch at a time to finish.  It works very well and I have really increased my upper body width, bicep size, and back thickness, to give a more exagerated upper body "V-taper."  I also use them on my shoulder shrugs to then further develop my traps.  Highly recommend.  I will definitely purchase another set when these wear out.  All you have to do, is measure the diameter of your wrist and let Val know for proper sizing.

God bless and Semper Fidelis.

I have been weight training for over 35 years and have played sports and worked out doors all my life. It’s all taken a toll on my hands and my grip isn’t what it used to be with the slight onset of arthritis. Power Grips allows me to handle the heavier weights that I need to use to work the muscles hard. Without Power Grips I might be able to hold a bar with 315 lbs. on it for some reps. With Power Grips, I can hold and work 500lbs. or more if needed. The target muscles get the workout they need because grip and forearm muscle failure do not come into play. I recommend Power Grips to both the young and old as a way to enable you to really hit those muscles with the weights they need.
